Pregnancy Yoga

These warm and welcoming Pregnancy Yoga classes are suited for anyone who is at least 12 weeks pregnant right up to your due date.

Students are taught a range of postures to assist with strength, stamina and optimal foetal positioning as well as looking at positions for a positive birthing experience. 

This is a great class for improving and maintaining flexibility whilst building some strength and balance in the body throughout your pregnancy.

There is a lot of a focus on restorative yogic poses and meditation which aids with sleep and relaxation and calming of the busy mind. This leads to a calm and healthy pregnancy for mother and baby. Achieve inner peace and create a great connection to your baby.

These classes allow mums to be a safe, warm and quiet space to stretch, strengthen, breathe and rest whilst gaining tips on a healthy pregnancy and enjoyable birth experience.

Students will need a yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga bolster or large cushions/pillows, a blanket, and your smile. Make sure to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring some water with you.

All students will need to complete a pre course registration detailing any injuries or ailments before starting classes.

Classes are currently offered on a 121 basis either in person or online to suit your needs. I offer local retreats so look out for updates.
