All yoga classes are run at the lovely FBC Centre in Finchampstead which is located a few minutes from Wokingham, Arborfield and Eversley. Please book before attending using the link below. I look forward to meeting you on the mat.

One to One Yoga classes: £50 an hour. If you would like a class personally tailored to you, whether it is Hatha, fertility, pregnancy or seniors yoga, please get in touch. Currently run from your own space. Small groups can also be catered for. Contact me to discuss further details.
